inSaaS is a software development service provider that designs and builds websites and softwares for clients on a fixed-scope project basis. Our website is insaas.io.

Information you give us directly

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• What you'd like help with
• Your budget
• Any additional details you choose to share (optional)

If you become a client, we may also exchange project briefs, files, and communications with you over email or other channels agreed during the project.

Information we do not currently collect

We do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies on this website. We are not collecting data about your browsing behavior, device, or how you navigate the site. If this changes in the future - for example, if we add analytics to understand site performance - we will update this Privacy Policy before doing so.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry and understand your project needs
• Communicate with you about a potential or active project
• Keep a record of enquiries for our own reference

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

It's worth being specific here, since we run two separate systems:

• Contact form submissions are sent by email and live in our email inbox (hosted via Gmail/Google Workspace). They are not stored in our website's database.
• Blog content on this site is stored in our database (Neon Postgres) - it does not involve any of your personal information.

Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox until we manually delete them. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 7).

This website does not currently set analytics or tracking cookies. Any cookies strictly necessary for the site to function (if applicable) are not used to track you across other sites.

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information

To do so, email us at contact@insaas.io. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Our website and business operations rely on a small number of service providers, each of which has its own privacy practices:

• Vercel - hosts our website
• Neon - hosts our blog database (does not contain contact form data)
• Google Workspace / Gmail - handles email, including contact form submissions

We don't control how these providers handle data beyond our use of their services, and we encourage you to review their own privacy policies if you'd like more detail.

Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared information with us, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices evolve - for example, if we add analytics or new tools. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
