Understand how operations teams actually work, then turn what you learn into flows and interfaces their staff will actually use.
About inSaaS
inSaaS is a software studio for established companies. Planning, design and engineering sit in one team, so the system a client scopes on the first call is the one that goes live, quickly and without surprises.
We work with manufacturers, healthcare organizations and fintech companies, where a failed rollout costs more than the project itself.
Role overview
Our software lives on shop floors, in clinics and in finance teams. You'll talk to the people who use it, map how their work really happens, and work with our designers and engineers to shape interfaces that fit. Your research decides what we build before anyone writes code.
What you'll do
Plan and run user interviews, contextual inquiry and usability tests.
Map real workflows, pain points and edge cases into clear findings.
Turn research into user flows, wireframes and testable prototypes.
Run usability tests on prototypes and working releases.
Present findings and trade-offs to clients and the team in plain language.
What we're looking for
0-2 years of experience in UX research or UI/UX design. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome.
A portfolio or case studies that show how research shaped a design.
Working knowledge of Figma.
Clear writing and the confidence to talk to users and stakeholders.
Curiosity about how businesses actually operate.
How we work
Short iterations with visible progress: every cycle ends with something a client can see.
Plain communication: estimates, risks and trade-offs go in writing, in business terms.
Named ownership: you own your work from first commit to go-live.
Remote across India, with our office in Dehradun.

A final conversation with the team, then an offer.
